From Bangalore to anywhere in the world — we machine your design in steel, aluminium, titanium or plastic with ±0.005 mm accuracy. 1-piece minimum. 24–48 hour turnaround. No borders, no compromises.
At MillTech Innovations, prototyping is not a side service — it is our core. Engineers and R&D teams across Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Defense, and Electronics come to us when they need the first physical part of a new design machined right, fast, and to print.
We accept a single piece. We quote the same day. And we deliver in 24–48 hours with a full dimensional report — because your prototype needs to be a valid test, not just a sample.
No minimum order quantity. Order exactly what you need — even a single prototype.
Every prototype backed by inspection reports, material certs and full traceability.
Send your drawing now — receive a fixed price quote within 2–4 business hours, same working day.
Every part ships with a dimensional inspection report and material certificate — proof it was made to your drawing.
Send us a drawing — CAD, DXF, STEP, PDF or even a sketch. If it can be machined, we can prototype it in 24–48 hours.
Pockets, profiles, bores and complex 3D surfaces. First-article milled prototypes in 24–48 hours from 3-axis to 5-axis simultaneous cutting — no geometry too complex.
Shafts, bushings, housings and cylinders — single-piece turned prototypes up to 365 mm diameter and 500 mm length, dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Spur, helical, herringbone, worm and internal ring gears — prototype-cut from your DXF or drawing. A real machined gear, not a 3D-printed substitute.
Sub-5 mm features, fine threads and thin walls for medical devices and electronics — held to ±0.005 mm on every single prototype.
Structural prototypes — mounting brackets, shift forks, cam plates, custom fixtures. Machined to production intent so your design test is valid.
Steel, aluminium, titanium, brass, PEEK, Delrin — whatever your design calls for. Anodizing, plating and heat treatment coordinated so your prototype arrives test-ready.
Every part shown here was manufactured at our facility — real components, real precision, real clients.

We are a fast-growing precision prototype manufacturer serving global clients from Bangalore. If you are passionate about CNC machining, engineering or manufacturing operations, we want to hear from you.
Operate and set up VMC and CNC turning centres. Experience with 3-axis to 5-axis machining preferred. Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi controllers an advantage.
Generate CNC programs from CAD models using Mastercam, Fusion 360 or similar. Strong understanding of toolpath strategies, cutting parameters and GD&T is essential.
Perform dimensional inspection using CMM, vernier, height gauge and surface measurement tools. Prepare inspection reports and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality records.
We are always looking for skilled machinists, engineers and production staff. Send your CV and we will be in touch when the right opportunity comes up.
Drop your drawing and tell us what you need. We quote within 2–4 hours and machine starts the same day — 1-piece minimum, 24–48 hour turnaround.
Email your CAD file (STEP, DXF, DWG), PDF or sketch. No account or portal needed.
We review your drawing, confirm material and tolerances, and send a fixed price quote same day.
